animal testing

I recently wrote about the need for change in the use of animal testing for biological research, including alternatives and barriers to acceptance.

Background “The Queen has been dreadfully shocked at the details of some of these animal research practices, and is most anxious to put a stop to them.” 

The word pesticide is misunderstood, nearly to the same extent as the word chemical.

Executive Summary

Branding a substance a human carcinogen solely because cancer has occurred in laboratory animals force-fed the substance at unrealistically high doses diverts both attention and resources from far more significant threats to human health.
