Dr. Billauer, JD MA (Occ. Health) Ph.D. is Professor of Law and Bioethics in the International Program in Bioethics of the University of Porto and Research Professor of Scientific Statecraft at the Institute of World Politics in Washington DC. She is a member of the National Science Writers Association and on the Board of Editors at the Journal of Law, Medicine & Ethics
