Leslie M. Klevay MD (University of Wisconsin), SD in Hyg. (Harvard School of Public Health). Over the decades he has published more than 200 articles in more than 90 different journals and various books. In recognition of his work, he has been elected a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (FAAAS) and the American Society for Nutrition (FASN).
