Providing consistent high-quality healthcare is difficult and complex, and because frontline workers, who directly interact with patients, are critical to achieving that, attracting, retaining, and motivating these staff is essential.

The shame and blame game for COVID continues, with Senator Rand and Elon Musk suggesting that Dr. Fauci go on trial. But what I personally find disconcerting, although not surprising, is that few people remember the fear of those early days.
The Wall Street Journal published a news article on January 5, “Why It Feels Like Everyone You Know Is Getting COVID-19,” which contained several worrisome observations.
We aim to examine these pandemic trends holistically, recognizing that events on successive dates may not be entirely independent.
